Delivery Manager - hybrid - SaaS

Delivery Manager is required by this SaaS vendor, working across their digital function, covering Engineering, Product and Technology operations, with internal teams and external suppliers across the landscape. You'll be comfortable demonstrating where you've operated with autonomy, ensuring prioritisation, portfolio tracking, delivery and release before handing over to support, as well as shaping processes as you look to continuously improve the delivery cycle.

Ideally you can demonstrate a background in a similar SaaS product environment where you performed the following duties -

• Working with stakeholders closely across demand and prioritisation
• Delivery tracking, reporting and governance - cycle planning, reviews, retrospectives
• Owned release readiness
• Applying agile and release management practices, ensuring a lean delivery process is in place and adhered to across the cycle
• Manage outsourced delivery with partners - keeping standards, process and reporting visible to leadership
• Any AI-led work will be beneficial, with agents/tools for planning/testing
• Jira/Confluence
• Agile/Scrum, ITIL certifications will be useful to demonstrate
