Job description - the role

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Delivery Lead (Technology & Software Procurement) for a 12 Months contract based in London.

As the Delivery Lead (Technology & Software Procurement), you will act as the Tower Lead for the procurement workstream. This is a senior, outward-facing position responsible for guiding delivery teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of all procurement activities across technology, software, and related categories.

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary day-to-day interface with senior client executives (COO/Chief Admin Officer).
• Oversee and direct multiple delivery teams across suppliers.
• Ensure delivery milestones are met across all procurement activities.
• Provide leadership, structure, and direction to the broader procurement workstream team.
• Lead the sourcing of goods and services across technology and software categories.
• Drive negotiation activities with suppliers.
• Manage requirements gathering to ensure alignment with business and technical needs.
• Shape and draft commercial and contractual terms (this is not a legal role but requires strong understanding of T&Cs).

The skills you'll need:

• Strong procurement experience across technology and software categories.
• Experience with data centre-related procurement.
• Demonstrable background delivering within complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Proven senior stakeholder management capability, ideally interfacing at COO/CAO level.
• Comfortable working in sensitive, high-security or government-linked programmes (SC clearance beneficial).
