Delivery Lead (Hybrid/Remote)

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery supporting up to 2 agile teams within our platform capability enhancements programmes.

We are looking for someone having a hands-on experience in the Scrum Master or Technical Delivery field, who can oversee a team-level execution within a close cross-functional collaboration (across engineering, product, operations, and others).

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives);
• Ensure iteration goals are aligned with wider platform enhancement objectives;
• Drive iterative delivery of tooling, automation, system improvements, and internal services;
• Manage team metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability;
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and maintain alignment with teams;
• Proactively remove delivery blockers and support continuous flow;
• Maintain close collaboration with Product Owners and Engineers to shape scope;
• Foster a culture of Agile thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead);
• Experience working in platform, infrastructure, or API-based teams;
• Good Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), certifications are a plus;
• Strong understanding of platform environments (internal tooling, CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure);
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and team coaching skills;
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical background (e.g. engineering, systems, or infrastructure) is a plus.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and others;
• Passion for gaming, technology, and agile innovation;
