Delivery Lead - Travel Tech & AI Initiatives

IAG Loyalty in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology and business change initiatives within the Delivery Office of Tech, Data & AI. You will manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Customer Operations to deliver complex programs that impact millions of Avios members.

You will own delivery plans, governance, and risk management, working in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall environments.
