Inside IR35

Delivery Lead required to join a UK leading brand in Birmingham.

Excellent rates, long term engagement & 60% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, forecasts and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Coordinate activities across technical and business teams.
• Support resource planning, prioritisation and capacity management.
• Ensure delivery milestones and governance requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong planning, governance and reporting skills.
• Experience with resource planning and capacity management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar delivery tools is desirable.
