Hiring People are recruiting motivated and reliable self-employed delivery drivers on behalf of Heels2Wheels.

Whether you have previous multi-drop delivery experience or are new to the industry, you will receive training and support to help you get on the road quickly.

What You'll Do

• Load and organise your route each morning.
• Deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
• Manage your time and follow the planned route.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Represent Heels2Wheels with a professional and positive attitude.

What You'll Need

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Manual or automatic licences accepted.
• No more than six penalty points.
• You must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• The physical ability to lift and handle parcels safely.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A reliable attitude and willingness to work hard.
• The ability to pass the required background checks.
• £8/£8.50 daily charge towards van insurance and petrol

Applicants with TT99, CU, TS or BA licence endorsements cannot be considered. Applicants with criminal convictions or a record that raises concerns about safety, intoxication or workplace conduct will also be unsuitable.

Interview Process

Interview sessions are held Monday to Saturday, with appointments available between 10am and 1pm.
