Delivery Customer Care Specialist

DPD in Newbury is seeking a customer service professional to support both internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, resolve problems, and take ownership of resolutions.

You will focus on delivery status queries, POD provision, missing parcels investigations, and promoting DPD products and services to customers. A fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression awaits.
