Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + monthly commission

Fusion People are looking for a motivated and people-focused Delivery Consultant to join our Bristol office. Working closely with the Lead Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the infrastructure sector, with a strong emphasis on the railway industry.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively calling, screening, and registering applicants
• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the process
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Monitoring timesheets and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
• Liaising with candidates regarding training and compliance requirements
• Providing general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar delivery, resourcing, or recruitment support role
• Proven experience in sourcing and identifying candidates across multiple channels
• A resourceful and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Confident telephone manner and solid written communication
• A friendly, proactive style that helps build great relationships
