Job Title: Fresh Food Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Curraghconway, Cork

Salary: Up to €36,500 per year

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedFresh Food Managerto join a busy retail environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in food or retail management.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fresh food/deli area
  
• Lead, train, and motivate a team
  
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
  
• Monitor performance and drive sales targets
  
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and merchandising
  

• Minimum2 years' experiencein a supervisory/management role (food or retail preferred)
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
  
• Highly organised with a proactive approach
  
• Flexible to work 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
  
• Basic IT skills
  

• Salary up to €36,500 per annum
  
• Permanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week)
