My client is seeking a dynamic Delegated Underwriting Authority Specialist to join their team in this newly created position. This critical position offers the opportunity to support and enhance delegated underwriting relationships, ensuring excellence in service, compliance and risk management across international operations.

As a key player within the team, you will oversee the end-to-end life-cycle of DUA and DA activities, working closely with underwriters, risk teams, compliance professionals and senior leadership. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve risk controls, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

About You

Extensive experience in insurance, specifically within delegated underwriting
Strong knowledge of delegated authority frameworks, risk management systems and outsourcing standards
Exceptional analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in risk management and outsourcing software, including data interrogation and reporting tools

Nice to Have
Experience in project management and process modernisation initiatives
Familiarity with international regulatory standards relating to outsourcing and delegated authority
Advanced data visualisation skills and experience with management reporting dashboards
