Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global broking initiative, working under Delegated Authority (e.g., on behalf of Gemini) to support its launch in GB and North America, with plans for global expansion through 2026.

Initially, your role will involve providing business and operational support for the ongoing management of Gemini, including:

  1. Providing relevant data and information for Carrier Engagement Meetings, including reporting throughput, performance, market developments, risk and issue resolution, escalation, and sharing client/broker/insurer feedback.
  2. Managing and tracking the referral and override process.
  3. Ensuring data quality from Broking Platform and Contract Builder for reporting purposes.
  4. Serving as the focal point for queries and managing resolution regarding Gemini processes and best practices.
  5. Resolving issues raised by internal stakeholders, wider WTW, Gemini, carriers, and auditors.
  6. Obtaining market agreement for contracts and changes, including leaders' fees and facility administration charges.
  7. Overseeing the production of client contracts and invoicing documentation.
  8. Collaborating with Facilities Operations Team to ensure delivery of draft contracts, endorsements, risk bordereaux, and premium income limit monitoring.
  9. Providing business support to the leader of Gemini at WTW.
  10. Implementing and delivering contractual outcomes for Canopius and the Consortium market.
  11. Supporting and developing business changes through the Gemini rollout.
  12. Supporting carrier audits.
Qualifications

We seek candidates with an insurer service background; delegated authority experience is advantageous, or experience in related work. We are open to insurance professionals interested in developing their careers in this area. Experience or interest in transformation or projects would also be beneficial. PBI knowledge is helpful.
