An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is an award-winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion, both pre- and post-litigation.
You will predominantly defend EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts. Responsibilities include managing your cases, liaising with clients, opponents, courts, witnesses, and conducting liability investigations.
The ideal candidate will have proven EL/PL Litigation experience. We consider applications from both Solicitors and Legal Executives and are open to both Defendant and Claimant roles.
