Defence Training PM (FTC) - Remote with Site Travel

Capita Selborne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for the Selborne programme, Capita's flagship defence training project with the Royal Navy. The role is primarily home-based with regular travel to Fareham/Portsmouth sites and requires SC level security clearance.

This 37.5 hour-per-week fixed-term position runs until March 2027, with a focus on governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
