Defence Subcontract Manager - Hybrid, Up to £65k

Arguile in the Defence sector is seeking an experienced Subcontract Manager to join our commercial team in a hybrid role in the UK, working from Bristol or Barnstaple. You will own the commercial management of supplier and subcontractor relationships across major defence programmes, ensuring effective contract delivery and risk management.

The role covers negotiating subcontracts, managing performance, and advising Project Managers on contractual matters and best practice.
