Defence Customer Success Executive Hybrid & Growth

Novatech Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join the Defence Sales team. You will manage relationships with MOD and defence partners, supporting account growth and identifying new sales opportunities.

You will work with Business Development Managers to develop growth within existing accounts and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, contributing to revenue and customer success. A hands-on, proactive communicator is essential.
