Debt Collections & Customer Care Advisor (Hybrid)

BUUK Infrastructure is seeking a Collections Customer Service Advisor to help earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers through the debt process, set up payment plans, and work in a hybrid, UK-based role with a two-week training starting 30 November 2026.

The role includes 33 days holiday (bank holidays included), pension contributions up to 10%, and a £1,000 referral bonus.
