Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Solicitor The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading law firms in Dublin, recognised for its highly-regarded Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance team. You'll work alongside experienced lawyers, advising a broad range of Irish and international clients on complex and high-value transactions. Whether you're drafting legal documents, engaging in business development, or supporting clients on high-profile deals, this role provides ample opportunities for career development and exposure to high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions, including securitisations, loan portfolio acquisitions, and private credit.
  • Work on complex transactions such as green bond issuances, corporate debt issuance programmes, and structured debt issuances.
  • Draft clear, effective legal documents and provide commercial solutions in line with client goals.
  • Contribute to business development, participating in thought leadership and exploring new work opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients, senior lawyers, and cross-functional teams to manage high-value transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 0-3 years PQE with a background in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets.
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • A commercial mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of collaboration within teams.
  • Prior experience in DCM or structured finance is an advantage but not essential.
