You'll work alongside experienced lawyers, advising a broad range of Irish and international clients on complex and high-value transactions. Whether you're drafting legal documents, engaging in business development, or supporting clients on high-profile deals, this role provides ample opportunities for career development and exposure to high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions, including securitisations, loan portfolio acquisitions, and private credit.
- Work on complex transactions such as green bond issuances, corporate debt issuance programmes, and structured debt issuances.
- Draft clear, effective legal documents and provide commercial solutions in line with client goals.
- Contribute to business development, participating in thought leadership and exploring new work opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients, senior lawyers, and cross-functional teams to manage high-value transactions.
- 0-3 years PQE with a background in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and technical skills.
- A commercial mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of collaboration within teams.
- Prior experience in DCM or structured finance is an advantage but not essential.
