Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Solicitor

Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeking a Solicitor to join their Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This permanent role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile capital markets and structured finance transactions with international clients.

The Role:

  • Draft and review prospectuses and offering documents for new issuances and programme offerings.
  • Document and manage structured finance and debt capital market transactions, including repacks and securitisations.
  • List debt securities on Euronext Dublin, Vienna Stock Exchange, and other exchanges.
  • Negotiate derivative master agreements and credit support arrangements.
  • Advise on regulatory instruments such as the Prospectus Regulation, Securitisation Regulation, EMIR, MAR, and SFTR.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide innovative solutions.

The Person:

  • Solicitor with NQ+ experience; transactional experience in banking, finance, or capital markets desirable.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Interest in developing expertise in debt capital markets, structured finance, and derivatives.
