Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Solicitor 
Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeking a Solicitor to join their Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This permanent role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile capital markets and structured finance transactions with international clients.

- Advise international clients including issuers, sponsors, arrangers, trustees, and multilateral development banks.

The Role:
- Draft and review prospectuses and offering documents for new issuances and programme offerings.
- Document and manage structured finance and debt capital market transactions, including repacks and securitisations.
- List debt securities on Euronext Dublin, Vienna Stock Exchange, and other exchanges.
- Negotiate derivative master agreements and credit support arrangements.
- Advise on regulatory instruments such as the Prospectus Regulation, Securitisation Regulation, EMIR, MAR, and SFTR.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide innovative solutions.
The Person:
- Solicitor with NQ+ experience; transactional experience in banking, finance, or capital markets desirable.
- Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Interest in developing expertise in debt capital markets, structured finance, and derivatives.
