Debt Advisor - Financial Inclusion Specialist (Hybrid, London)

L&Q Living in London is seeking two experienced Debt Advisors to support our Financial Inclusion Team. The roles involve delivering a professional debt casework service to tenants, advising customers on income maximisation and budgeting, and visiting customers in their homes where appropriate.

You will ideally hold an IMA Accredited Money Advisor status, with proven debt casework experience, and be able to develop procedures and record outcomes accurately.
