Setanta Vehicle Importers Ltd is the exclusive importer and distributor of Renault Trucks in Ireland. Through a nationwide network of authorised dealers, repairers and wholly owned dealerships, we provide industry leading sales, service and support solutions to commercial vehicle operators throughout Ireland.
We are seeking an ambitious, organised and customer focused Dealer Network Co ordinator to support the ongoing development, performance and compliance of our Renault Trucks dealer network.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading commercial vehicle organisation and work closely with an experienced Importer Team comprising Engineering, Logistics, Homologation and Sales Support professionals, while receiving specialist training from Renault Trucks Ireland and Renault Trucks UK.
The RoleReporting to the Importer Management Team, the Dealer Network Co ordinator will play a key role in supporting dealer development, training, standards compliance and aftersales excellence across the Renault Trucks network.
The successful candidate will regularly visit dealer locations throughout Ireland, providing guidance, training and operational support to ensure dealers achieve and maintain Renault Trucks network standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and performance improvement of the Renault Trucks dealer network.
- Maintain and administer dealer standards and network criteria, including selective distribution requirements.
- Assist with dealer audits and assessments of qualitative standards required to maintain dealer authorisation.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new dealers into the Renault Trucks network.
- Assist dealers in achieving Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales and Service Authorisation standards.
- Coordinate and deliver training programmes across dealership sales, service and aftersales teams.
- Identify skills gaps and support competence development initiatives.
- Promote best practices throughout the dealer network.
- Coordinate training programmes provided by Renault Trucks Ireland and Renault Trucks UK.
Provide guidance and support relating to:
- PROMPT preventative maintenance systems.
- MyCheck vehicle inspection processes.
- Warranty administration and contract claims procedures.
- MyReception service booking and customer workshop journey management.
- Data Management Agreements and compliance requirements.
- Workshop operational standards and customer service processes.
- Dealer tooling, equipment and resource requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for dealer operational enquiries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
- Monitor and assist dealers in achieving agreed performance and customer service objectives.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional dealer and customer support.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to train, coach and support individuals at all levels.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Ireland.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Experience within a franchised motor dealer environment.
- Experience in the commercial vehicle, truck or automotive sector.
- Knowledge of workshop operations, aftersales processes or dealer standards.
- Experience supporting training, quality audits or dealer development programmes.
- Understanding of electric vehicle service and repair requirements would be advantageous.
