They're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary maintenance team. If you're someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement, this could be your ideal next step.The Opportunity:As an Electrical Engineer you'll play a key role in:

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across plant machinery and equipment
• Diagnosing electrical faults, especially on PLC control systems and instrumentation
• Supporting the wider team by sharing expertise and upskilling junior engineers
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of PPM strategies and engineering projects
• Operating safely and responsibly in a demanding environment, with respect for safety standards and operational efficiency

Your work will directly contribute to minimising downtime, improving plant reliability, and strengthening team capability.About You:We're looking for someone who can bring:

• Solid experience in electrical engineering within an industrial/process plant environment
• Strong skills in fault finding and working with control panels, PLCs, Variable Speed Drives and instrumentation
• Must have good Health and Safety Awareness
• A true team player and be able to work both alone and part of a small team
• The ability to work effectively in challenging conditions (odours, oil residues, corrosive environments)
