Dayforce HRIS Specialist - WFM & Reporting Expert

CMA Recruitment Group's client in Central Dorset is seeking an experienced Dayforce HRIS Systems Specialist for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role focuses on enhancing Dayforce reporting, MI for WFM and timesheets, and supporting the development of Power BI dashboards.

You will troubleshoot Dayforce workflows and configuration, resolve HR, payroll, absence and self-service challenges, and work with the HR team to implement practical system improvements. Hybrid work, with some office days.
