Your key missions You are responsible for follow-up and interviews, establishing a personalized action plan, supporting beneficiaries in social, professional matters, and coordinating with internal partners while ensuring compliance with rules. Profile You have a bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and insurance systems. You have excellent French (oral and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset. You have a marked interest in the social sector that EVAM X engages in. Working environment: 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50). Very good social benefits.
