About our roleAs Day Concierge your focus will be the supervision of the development ensuring a harmonious ambience where everything is geared to meet the needs and aspirations of those who live there.
You will ensure we are fully compliant with everything relating to the health & safety of our development so we are looking for someone who ideally has buildings / property or facilities experience, as well as great face to face customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents.
There is no such thing as a typical shift; however, you will lead on the following responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service and act as the key interface between apartment owners, renters, and the Pegasus Homes Group.
- Build lasting relationships with our residents and their families, fostering a warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere within the community.
- Carry out frequent building patrols and maintain all shared community areas to the highest standards, reporting any issues that cannot be immediately resolved.
- Manage access and security, including monitoring entry points, reviewing CCTV where necessary, and ensuring only authorised individuals access the building.
- Support the day to day running of the development, liaising with the Onsite Management Team, Sales Team, and contractors to ensure mechanical and electrical assets are fully operational.
- Act as the first point of contact for all resident enquiries, requests, and complaints, providing personalised solutions with a proactive and professional approach.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including handovers, maintenance reporting, and the diary management of the guest suite and spa facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee onsite service providers, from housekeeping and landscaping to refuse collection and utility companies, ensuring they are inducted and supervised.
- Handle the management of deliveries and parcels, ensuring items are signed for, residents are notified, and packages are stored securely.
- Assist with the move in and settling in process, ensuring new residents have a smooth transition and a clear understanding of their apartment fixtures and fittings.
- Act as a local lifestyle expert, providing high quality recommendations for local services, events, transportation, and places of interest in the Hampstead area.
- You will work on a rota basis of 4 days on, 4 days off with shifts between 07:00 - 19:00. There may be times where you are required to attend training or company related events at site and/or other locations.
- At Pegasus, the safety and wellbeing of our residents are our highest priorities. Therefore, this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (we handle the application and cost for this).

You will be highly professional and well presented, your flexible approach, warmth, and insight will enable you to build relationships with all of our residents and onsite team. You'll come from a high quality / luxury environment and have exceptional people skills.
Educated to GCSE standard grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality / property related vocational qualifications.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills, ensuring all inquiries and administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong IT skills are essential, knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Well presented and highly professional.
- Flexible and well organised with the ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to resolve queries and complaints effectively in a calm and professional manner.
- Knowledge of the local area and events including but not limited to restaurants, theatre scene, parkland, clubs and societies will be highly advantageous.
- Experience of facilities/property ideally with a knowledge of health & safety would be an advantage but isn't essential.
- Experience of working a similar shift pattern is desirable but not essential.
