Databricks Tech Lead - Financial Crime Lakehouse Architect

EXL is seeking a highly experienced Databricks Tech Lead to architect and deliver large-scale Data, Analytics and Financial Crime solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will design end-to-end Databricks Lakehouse architectures and drive implementation strategies across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

The role requires leadership, domain expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud-native solutions in a client-facing consulting environment.
