Each member provides data on a regular, periodic basis. CACI processes and aggregates this data and publishes the output for each member to a secure portal, comprising a series of views of the member's performance, and of a pooled, anonymised rest of market.
What you'll be doing:This is an exciting opportunity to join the Retail Finance Benchmarking Team as Data Visualisation Consultant. This role plays a key part in helping CACI to retain existing Banking customers, and attract new ones. Reporting to the Lead Analytics & Data Visualisation Consultant, the primary responsibility is to turn our retail finance data into insight of value that our customers can use to their competitive advantage. Typically, this will involve using Tableau or Alteryx to interrogate our powerful monthly and weekly datasets, and communicating this data via interactive dashboards, regular BAU outputs produced within specified timeframes, and helping to provide content presented to clients at regular events. A key aspect of the role is having a strong attention to detail, to ensure the accuracy of our outputs, which in turn leads to our highly credible market positioning.
The role is dynamic and varied and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant data environment, working with industry-leading datasets and with some of the best and brightest bank brands around. You will support the Lead Analytics & Data Visualisation Consultant in producing and delivering insights for our customers within specific timeframes, using our datasets on current accounts, savings, mortgages and unsecured personal loans. In addition, you will support the wider Retail Finance Benchmarking team, which includes relationship managers, database developers, and database analysts, by building out bespoke or regular client deliverables or internal checking tools.

- How many of my mortgage customers are due to mature from their existing product in the next 12 months, and how does that compare with our competitors?
- How has a recent market event impacted the market for our products?
- How does our market share vary in places where we have a branch, and why?

- Critical thinker with proven analytical skills, capable of interrogating data through visual analysis to draw out insight
- Strong writing ability - able to accurately articulate insights, and write engaging analysis and commentary
