Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Data Operations Team as a Data Support Executive.

About the role

You'll play a key in supporting the work of the wider Data Operations team and Technology directorate, helping to structure and implement agreed changes and updates to the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) CRM system (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (BBEC) and assist in the implementation and management of CRM housekeeping programmes.

You'll also provide efficient, effective and relevant system support to the users of BHF via the team's helpdesk.

You'll work with a wide range of internal stakeholders, ensuring data is handled compliantly and efficiently across the board and our supporters have a high-quality experience and journey that they expect from us.

Working arrangements

Please note this is an 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and 1 day per week, on average, at our London office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you
With strong computer literacy, including knowledge of CRM systems and/or other database software, as well as being fully conversant with standard Microsoft packages, you'll have familiarity with data querying and data manipulation.

To be successful in this role you'll also have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of prioritising own workload
  • Using your initiative, able to plan effectively and meet key deadlines
  • Previous experience working with large databases
  • A good working knowledge of marketing, data and financial processes
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Are self-motivated and highly organised

Interview process

Interviews will be held on 12th January 2026, via MS Teams. The interview will be made up of a question and answer section, alongside a skills and general knowledge test.
