Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Data Strategy Lead TPM (Trade Promotion Management) for an initial 24 months contract with our client in Utrecht
Job Description:
Our client is embarking on a critical migration of its Trade Promotion Management (TPM) ecosystem (XTEL solution). After 7+ years of operation, the current landscape involves a mix of global standards and highly customized local reporting streams.
We need a Data Strategy Lead with a "Player-Coach" mindset. You will step into a complex environment to audit the reality of our data, challenge assumptions, and support hard decisions on what to centralize, what to keep local, and what to retire.
Purpose:
- The mandate is to define and deliver/implement the target landscape for analytics in the new XTEL version: filtering out Legacy technical debt while ensuring markets have the insights they need to drive revenue.
- Acting as the functional and technical D&A authority for TPM, this role provides oversight on data architecture, reporting, and analytics enablement across markets.
- Delivers the D&A workstream owning the entire development life cycle of reporting solutions including the D&A elements currently used as integration with other application. (IRSI-OMP)
Owns the Technical Back End:
- Validate, Don't Just Delegate: Act as a hands-on technical lead. You must be able to validate data models and architectural decisions yourself (in Azure mostly) rather than relying solely on 3rd party consultants or assumptions
- TPM Data Mastery: understand the input/output flows of Trade Promotion Management processes by understanding XTEL data structures to design effective integration and reporting layers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in Data & Analytics, 7+ years in Data & Analytics, with specific experience leading data workstreams in large-scale system migrations or upgrades.
- Power BI, and Azure. You must be fluent in data warehousing concepts.
- Strong understanding of Commercial/RGM/Trade Promotion Management processes. You understand what "Base vs. Promo Volume" or "ROI" means to the business and how that translates to data fields.
Preferred:
- Direct experience with XTEL or similar TPM solutions (Promax, Wipro, Salesforce TPM).Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry
- This particular request would involve a full time on site presence in Utrecht
