Qualifications and Responsibilities

As a Consultant in MLOps you will:

• Be engaged at the forefront of technological advancements in GenAI and keep up to date with latest trends
• Build and/or deploy LLMs and ML models in the Cloud, or on HPCs
• Lead the day-to-day technical engagements on a project, helping to manage a small team
• Be the go-to technical expert for all things related to Machine Learning and Large Language Models
• Contribute to improving life at Accenture and the wider department by engaging and sharing your views
• Performance manage a small team

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Robust programming skills (Python is essential)
• Understanding of one or more of the following: Agentic AI systems and Architecture; Graph RAG; Traditional RAG; Vision Language Models / Computer Vision; Audio Processing
• Experience with Docker, Linux/Unix CLI, Git, and testing
• Experience with one major cloud platform (preferably AWS or Azure)
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices

It would also be great if you have:

• Basic familiarity with utilizing GPUs in the cloud environment
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for ML models and data pipelines
• Experience building APIs
• Demonstrable experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of good DevOps and Data Engineering practices

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, demonstrated through: effectively explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience; writing clearly to deliver information and guidance; giving impactful presentations
• Demonstrate critical thinking by analysing and evaluating information, and using information gathered to present solutions and reach decisions
• Display familiarity with a breadth of technologies and how they can be applied to solve customer problems

Work in partnership with others to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure synergy; collaborate to achieve outcomes

Whilst having experience in a consultancy is beneficial, demonstrable experience in working with clients/external partners in other settings will also be considered.
