What You'll Do:

• Develop and optimize advanced computational models for electrolyzers, key to the green energy transition.
• Tackle complex multiphase flow challenges involving oxygen and hydrogen gas.
• Drive efficiency and performance improvements in hydrogen production systems.
• Collaborate in a dynamic SCRUM team of 10+ data professionals.
• Bridge the gap between data engineering and analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
• Work with the latest in ML, AI, GenAI, and cloud-based tools.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in data science with production-level impact.
• Strong background in time-series data, ML model development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure ML and Databricks.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
• Familiarity with SCRUM and collaboration tools like Git/GitHub.
• A mentor mindset with a passion for coaching junior team members.
