Data Science Manager - Remote/UK, Lead & Impact

Monzo is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team of Data Scientists embedded across product and business areas. You will combine people leadership with strategic data direction and partner with senior stakeholders to place data at the heart of decision making.

You will guide experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling and ML efforts, ensuring rigor and translating insights into product and customer impact.
