This is a varied and high-impact role where you'll partner with Data Protection, AI Governance, Technology, Risk, and business teams to oversee new data and AI initiatives from concept through to implementation. You'll conduct privacy and AI impact assessments, enhance governance frameworks, advise on emerging use cases, and help foster a strong Privacy and Responsible AI by Design culture across the organisation.
You'll also play an important role in monitoring compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act, reviewing third-party governance, supporting data breach assessments, maintaining records of processing activities, and identifying opportunities to strengthen governance as new technologies and regulations continue to evolve.

- Develop and enhance data, privacy, and AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed responsible AI, data governance, and regulatory compliance into day-to-day operations
- Experience in Data Privacy, Data Governance, AI Governance, or a related compliance role, ideally within Financial Services or Insurance
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, the EU AI Act, privacy impact assessments, and data governance best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience working across business and technology teams
