Data Operations Lead - Contract

We are seeking a Data Operations Lead to support a major digital transformation programme. This hybrid, long-term contract role is focused on ensuring high-quality, well-governed data is available across multiple workstreams.

• Lead data extraction, mapping, cleansing, and storage activities
• Oversee data quality, governance, and data management practices
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of existing organisational data
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support data readiness
• Identify data issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement

• Strong background in data management, data quality, or data migration
• Skilled in data extraction, mapping, cleansing, and governance
• Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced programme environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
