A leading client in high-end discrete manufacturing is looking for a hands-on Data Migration Lead to take control of a stalled migration workstream and drive it to successful go-live. This is a high-visibility role where you'll bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a complex ERP transformation.

What you'll do

• Own and stabilise the data migration stream
• Work closely with business stakeholders-guide, challenge, and align
• Identify risks, unblock issues, and drive decisions
• Bring structure, planning, and accountability back into the programme
• Support data validation, cleansing, and migration readiness

What you bring

• Proven experience leading data migration in complex ERP programmes
• Strong stakeholder management & business-facing skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive into the detail
• Experience in manufacturing (discrete is a plus)
• Alteryx experience = strong advantage
