- Proven experience in data migration projects within Banking/Wealth Management
- Strong understanding of migration life cycles and reconciliation methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate large volumes of information into concise insights and actions
- Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and automation approaches
- Tableau dashboard development
- Experience in large-scale banking transformation programmes
