Job Description

At Q-tech, we are currently looking for a Data Business Analyst to join the Data Strategy team. This is a great opportunity to join a multinational end client in the pharmaceutical sector, with offices located in Barcelona! :)


Major Accountabilities:


  • Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and transformation, generating

relevant insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different areas to understand their needs and

translate them into effective analytical solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and visualizations that foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Measure the impact of data initiatives and actively contribute to the definition, tracking, and

optimization of strategic KPIs.

  • Evaluate and integrate internal and external data sources to enrich the analytical ecosystem

and enhance data-driven insights.

  • Promote the use of analytical tools and best practices, acting as a reference in data quality

and governance, and serving as a strategic partner in driving business growth.

  • High quality of data, administration & coordination
  • Success in the implementation of reporting according to timeline and requirements
  • Satisfaction level of supported stakeholders


Who You Are:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics) or Business Background with desirable technical discipline or expertise.
  • 3+ years of work experience in data analytics, primarily focused on supporting commercial and business strategy through data-driven insights
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud, with hands-on experience in dashboard design and data visualization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Solid foundation in both qualitative and quantitative analysis methodology
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

What We Offer:


Salary between €40,000 and €45,000, plus a 10% bonus

1,700 net annually as a meal benefit
