About the tech team

Our global Tech team works in an agile environment within a dynamic product organization. You will be immersed in a collaborative setting where innovation thrives, and your contributions will influence our cutting-edge products. As a key member of our agile setup, you will enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in our product development. Your key missions

As a permanent member of the Data Architecture Chapter, you will be integrated into various data product squads responsible for delivering different data products (business processes, analytics use cases, etc.). Your mission is to ensure the design of data architecture aligns with stakeholder needs and product vision, and to maintain consistent architecture strategies across the organization. Your scope includes data platform components, data security, data flows, and data modeling. You will also shape global architecture guidelines, frameworks, and ensure high standards of quality and consistency.

• Build data architecture frameworks for specific tech/data products, in compliance with Pernod Ricard's global standards.
• Continuously improve frameworks to meet current and future business needs, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Identify significant data assets and translate business requirements into data products.
• Assess the impact of product choices on data architecture, including compliance and interdependencies.
• Coordinate with other Data/Tech Architects to ensure architecture decision consistency.
• Promote enterprise data strategies within the squad.
• Share best practices and innovative ideas to improve data outcomes.
• Participate in cross-product initiatives and stay updated on industry trends.

Ideal candidate profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Ability to collaborate and understand architecture and integration principles.
• Experience in programming and database administration.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance and security guidelines.
• Experience with agile methodologies (collaboration, CI/CD).
