Data & Technology Solicitor

We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded law firm in Dublin, seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Data and Technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal matters in the technology sector, advising both Irish and international tech businesses.

As part of the Data and Technology team, you will advise clients on GDPR, Digital Services Act, AI Act, and other regulatory matters. You will assist with regulatory investigations and compliance issues and collaborate with a team of specialists on complex legal matters in the tech sector.

• 1-4 years' PQE in regulatory law or related areas.
• Strong academic background with a focus on technology law.
• Experience with GDPR, AI, and Digital Services Act would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, client-focused approach.
