Job Description

This role will contribute to the organisation's data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining insightful Power BI dashboards, automating workflows using Power Automate, and developing secure data models within Dataverse. This role provides hands-on experience in data analytics and digital process improvement within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement across business functions.

  • Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making across business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, translating theminto effective and scalable data solutions.
  • Implement and manage Power Automate flows to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable data models using Dataverse to support Power Platform applications and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and deliver user training sessions to enhance adoption andeffective use of Power BI and Power Platform tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, maintaining high standards of data quality, security and accessibility.
  • Integrate data from diverse sources including SharePoint, Excel, SQL and cloud-based systems to create unified reporting solutions.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 updates and recommend enhancements or new capabilities to improve business intelligence and automation outcomes.
Profile

Qualifications and Work Experience:

Essential: Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Desirable: Internship or academic project experience in data analysisor Power Platform tools

Job Specific Knowledge:

Essential: Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, datamodelling).
Essential: Understanding of Office 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint,
Teams, Outlook).
Desirable: Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Python or R for
analytics.

Skills:

Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential: Ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects.
Essential: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable: Experience with statistics and predictive modelling
