Job Description

• Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Analytics department to support key decision-making processes.
• Create and present clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve existing data models and dashboards.
• Identify trends and patterns to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all projects.
• Assist in implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data and Insights Analyst should have:

• Experience working with large datasets and delivering data insights.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools and techniques (Power BI/ MS Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of public sector operations is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
