I'm currently looking for a Data Analyst/Engineer - Merchandising Systems to join a client in the Fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report key merchandising metrics using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Ensure data accuracy and validation across global systems (MMX, AV, Airtable, Tableau).
• Structure and manage large, complex data sets to support strategic decisions.
• Deliver business-ready reports and dashboards that drive adoption and action across teams.
• Build and optimise Tableau dashboards from scratch or rework existing ones.
• Automate and improve Excel-based reporting tools.
• Translate insights into clear business actions and support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in data analytic, merchandising operations, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, "get-things-done" attitude.
• Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, Power Query, nested formulas, dynamic reporting (Hands on experience)
• Solid experience with Tableau: dashboard creation, optimisation, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Airtable: structuring, automating, and improving work flows.
• Strong understanding of data governance and validation practices.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Retail expericne is a plus
