Job Title: Data Analyst
Contract Duration: 9 months
Location: Sweden
Power BI: Strong hands-on experience in enterprise Power BI development, including report design,semantic modelling, governed self-service, and workspace management.
DAX: Expert-level DAX skills, including complex business calculations, advanced filter context, time intelligence, and performance optimisation.
Data Modelling: Strong experience with dimensional modelling, star schema, fact and dimension tables, cardinality, and semantic-model design.
SQL: Strong SQL proficiency for analytical queries, data transformation, troubleshooting, and validation.
PySpark and Python: Practical experience developing data processing and transformation solutions using Python and PySpark, preferably within Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.
Microsoft Fabric: Hands-on Fabric experience, or strong Power BI and Azure data-platform experience with demonstrated ability to become productive in Fabric quickly.
Retail Business Knowledge: Good understanding of retail operations, sales transactions, product and store hierarchies, retail KPIs, and retail reporting requirements.
Analytics Engineering: Strong analytics-engineering mindset, including reusable, version-controlled,testable, and maintainable analytical assets.
