Data Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity with a well-known Irish food manufacturing organisation to recruit a Data Analyst for their growing operation in West Waterford. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and data integrity across the business. You will act as the system's subject matter expert for Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) so experience in this is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain critical reports and analytics dashboard using Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support business decision-making.
• Act as a key user for Navision, maintaining data integrity, supporting users, and driving best practice across the organisation.
• Analyse operational and supply chain data to track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, production efficiency, and inventory performance.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Proactively identify data risks or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and provide training and support to users on Navision and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is essential.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a data analytics role working with relevant BI tools.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align to business goals.
• Qualification in supply chain management is desirable.
