We are currently looking for Danish-speaking customer service agents for an international company - The job can be carried out REMOTELY from Lisbon, Porto, or the Algarve region, or from the office in Lisbon.

Job responsibilities

• Provide customer support to clients (via phone, email, and chat).
• Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers.
• Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Create opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders.
• Assist customers with completing orders on the website.

About you

• You are fluent in Danish and have a good knowledge of English.
• You have strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• You can stay calm and keep an overview in busy situations.
• You are open and positive.
