Damp & Mould Specialist - Social Housing Repairs

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Damp & Mould Operative to join our housing repairs team in Westminster on a permanent, full-time basis. You will undertake damp and mould treatment works in occupied properties, diagnose root causes and apply specialist coatings, aiming to prevent recurrence.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, relevant City & Guilds/NVQ or CSCS card, and a basic DBS check. Company van is provided along with benefits and enhanced pension options.
