D365/ERP Specialist

Overview

Your new client is a global manufacturing firm with a UK presence in Worcestershire looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis to lead the support of Dynamics 365 following a recent migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support of Dynamics 365 post-migration, primarily with the production and warehousing business units to ensure they are utilising the system correctly, answer queries and deliver training to staff as required.
• Cover support in other areas of the business including Finance, Customer Service, Purchasing & Quality as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong exposure to D365 F&O in a support capacity, as any development work will be completed by the global team.
• Good SQL Server knowledge.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across various business units.
