D365 Support AnalystLocation: 100% Remote Work - Must Have CTC Clearance
Our client is seeking an experienced D365 Support professional to join their team on a short-term basis to support an ongoing project. The candidate must possess a current CTC clearance to be eligible for this role.
Key Skills:- Triage and assess user-raised tickets to identify defects or configuration issues.
- Provide support for a live Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment.
- Perform system administration tasks including user setup, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to the external development partner when appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between internal users and the external development team.
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and experience in defect triage is essential.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a new system with limited documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Power Pages experience is a plus.
