D365 Sales Manager - Netherlands

You know Dynamics 365. You know sales. You're good at both. But maybe you're tired of sitting in your comfort zone and want to test yourself building something from the ground up. If so, keep reading
The company? A well-established Microsoft Partner with a strong presence in Europe. Now they're expanding into the Netherlands. That's where you come in.
They've got the delivery team. They've got the credentials. They've got the backing. What they don't have (yet) is someone to own the Dutch market.
You won't just be closing deals. You'll be building something - clients, pipeline, relationships, reputation.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Selling Dynamics 365 (particularly Business Central to begin with) and Power Platform solutions
- Building a pipeline from the ground up
- Working closely with presales and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions
- Owning the Dutch market, with freedom to make decisions and take action
- Reporting directly into leadership with real input on strategy
You'll need:
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Dutch fluency
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Confidence and initiative - you're someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Experience in consultative selling and short to mid-cycle deals
This role is ideal for someone who's been in a similar environment but wants more autonomy, less red tape, and a bigger impact.
You'll be the face of the company in the Netherlands. That means visibility. Responsibility. And if you do it well - serious growth potential.
