Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager/Business Analyst - Belgium - 12months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to support a growing international organization with the implementation and optimization of Microsoft-based business applications.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and implementation partners, helping drive the delivery of Dynamics 365 and related business solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business application projects
• Gather and document business requirements from Finance and operational stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for implementation partners
• Support process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate project activities, planning, risks, and progress reporting
• Facilitate workshops and discussions between business users and technical teams
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and go-live preparations
• Work closely with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant
• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
• Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions
• Experience working with external implementation partners
• Ability to operate in a hands-on, pragmatic environment
• Experience working in international or multi-country organizations

• Power Automate
• Power BI
• ERP or Finance Systems experience
• Prince2, PMP, Agile, or similar certifications
• Experience within Real Estate, Property Management, or Logistics environments

Languages

• Fluent Dutch
• Fluent English

Contract Details

• Location: Belgium/Netherlands (Hybrid)
• Start Date: August 2026
• Duration: Until December 2027 (extension possible)
• Rate: Dependent on experience
