D365 O2C Technical-Functional Consultant

About the Role:
Our client, a major foodservice supplier to restaurants, healthcare, education, and hospitality venues, is in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across their European operations. We're seeking a D365 F&O Technical-Functional Consultant specialising in the Order to Cash (O2C) process to help drive the successful rollout of sales and customer-facing modules across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support O2C processes in D365 F&O, including Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Invoicing, and Pricing.

• Work closely with sales, distribution, and finance teams across Europe to define, refine, and optimise O2C workflows.

• Collaborate with developers on integrations with CRM, warehouse systems, and eCommerce platforms.

• Ensure O2C processes comply with European commercial practices, tax structures (eg, VAT), and regulatory requirements.

• Support UAT, training, and post-go-live adoption across local and regional teams.

• Use LCS and Azure DevOps to manage issue tracking, deployment, and test cycles.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience with D365 F&O and deep knowledge of O2C processes in a European distribution/supply chain context.

• Understanding of local sales tax/VAT compliance, pricing models, and cross-border order processing.

• Technical-functional skills including X , data migration, and system integration knowledge.

• Comfortable working across multiple departments and cultures to align requirements and delivery.

• Microsoft certification (MB-300, MB-330) preferred.
